WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPANDING OUR RETAIL TEAM AT RICK OWENS BERLIN DEPARTMENT STORE AND SEEKING TO RECRUIT A TALENTED INDIVIDUAL WITH A TRUE PASSION FOR LUXURY RETAIL. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR AN EXPERIENCED RETAIL ASSOCIATE WHO RESIDES IN BERLIN. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE COMMAND OF BOTH GERMAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

AS AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, YOU’LL PARTNER WITH THE STORE MANAGER TO DRIVESALES PERFORMANCE,
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE, AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • PARTNER WITH STORE MANAGER TO

  • ENSURE APPROPRIATE REPLENISHMENT OF MERCHANDISE ON THE SELLING FLOOR.
  • PARTNER WITH THE STORE MANAGER TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE AND ADHERENCE TO LOSS
  • PREVENTION AND SAFETY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, STANDARDS AND PRACTICES, AND COMPANY DIRECTIVE.
  • ASSIST IN VARIOUS STORE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING TRAINING, OPERATIONS, SALES, VISUAL
  • MERCHANDISING, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, STORE ADMINISTRATION, SUPPLY ORDERS,
  • CLEANING DUTIES WHEN NECESSARY, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • PROCESS INFORMATION OR MERCHANDISE THROUGH THE COMPUTER SYSTEM AND POS
  • REGISTER SYSTEM.
  • OVERSEE OPENING/CLOSING PROCEDURES, CASH HANDLING, AND FACILITY SECURITY.
  • SUPPORT INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, CYCLE COUNTS, AND SHIPMENT ACCURACY.
  • COMPLETE DAILY/MONTHLY X-OUT &
    SALES RECEIPT JOURNAL FOR ACCOUNTING

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 + YEARS OF LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
    IN LUXURY/FASHION RETAIL
  • STRONG CUSTOMER FOCUS AND ABILITY TO THRIVE IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND HANDLE MULTIPLE TASKS EFFICIENTLY

PERFORMS ALL ASPECTS OF RETAIL SALES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GREETING AND WELCOMING CLIENTS,
SUGGESTIVE SELLING, CLOSING THE SALE, AND ACCURATELY COMPLETING THE SALE ON THE POINT-OF-SALE REGISTER.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ASSISTS CLIENTS IN AN ENTHUSIASTIC

  • MAINTAINS THE STORE FOR THE BEST
    SALES APPEARANCE AND EASE OF USE FOR THE CLIENT.
  • DEVELOPS AND MAINTAINS KNOWLEDGE OF ALL MERCHANDISE IN SELLING AREA TO EFFECTIVELY ASSIST CLIENT WITH ACCURATE INFORMATION; KEEPS CURRENT AS NEW PRODUCT LINES ARE INTRODUCED.
